Vivek Prasad Sinha

Managing Director

Vivek Prasad Sinha is a highly accomplished Mechanical Engineer with an M.Tech in Mechanical Equipment Design from the prestigious BIT Mesra, Ranchi. He has nearly 20 years of extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, both in India and abroad. His illustrious career includes significant contributions to several major projects and renowned organizations.

Vivek Prasad Sinha's vast experience spans from upstream to downstream operations, making him a versatile and highly skilled leader. His decision to return to India and contribute to the nation's growth reflects his dedication and commitment to leveraging his expertise for the benefit of the country and its people.

Educational Background

M.Tech: Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra – Ranchi, India.

B.E.: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Maulana Azad College of Engineering & Technology, Patna.

Reliance Industries, Jamnagar: Contributed to the development and expansion of one of the world's largest refining complexes.
Samsung Engineering: Played a key role in various engineering projects, enhancing operational efficiencies.
Technimont Engineering: Worked on numerous projects, gaining valuable experience in engineering design and project management.
Cairn Energy, Barmer ONGC Mangla Process Terminal Project: Involved in critical phases of the project, ensuring successful completion and operation.
Kuwait Oil Company, Kuwait: Accumulated 15 years of international experience managing and executing large-scale oil and gas projects, including:
- Petrofac: Effluent Water Injection NK-PH-I and Central Sea Water Injection NK-PH-II Projects.
- Dodsal: Effluent Water Treatment Plant (EWTIP) NK.
- Larsen & Toubro (L&T): SWTP Expansion Project.
- SK Engineering (South Korea): NWC Project.

Shankar Dyal Tiwary (Indipendent Director)

Shankar Dyal Tiwary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to PEPL. His educational background includes an MBA in Oil and Gas Management from Aberdeen, UK, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Manipal, Karnataka. His professional experience is equally impressive:

CECO Peerless: Worked on design and engineering for oil and gas process package development such as sour gas treatment units, water treatment packages, desalter packages, API/CPI separators.
Pall Corporation: Worked extensively for more than 6 years with oil and gas operators such as KOC, KNPC, ADNOC, ARAMCO, etc., to provide filtration and separation solutions. He has been part of multi-million dollar projects involving process unit developments.
Parker Corporation:Worked for more than 6 years with key oil and gas customers such as Qatar Energy, Shell, Chevron Phillips, Technip, L&T

Rajdeo Prasad Sinha (Independent Director)

Rajdeo Prasad Sinha, a seasoned Mechanical Engineer, brings over 40 years of invaluable experience in the oil and gas sector to PEPL. His illustrious career includes notable stints with the Indian Navy, as well as international experience with renowned organizations such as KNPC (Kuwait National Petroleum Company), KOC (Kuwait Oil Company), Ras Gas (Qatar), and Petronas Gas (Malaysia). His extensive expertise and leadership further strengthen our company’s capabilities and drive our commitment to excellence.

Amrendra Tiwary (Independent Director)

An expert in all mechanical fields, especially in piping and structural projects, Amrendra Tiwary has an impressive track record in India. His notable projects include the IOCL Refinery Expansion Project for IOTL through Stewarts & Lloyds of India Ltd, the Reliance Jamnagar Refinery with UB Engineering for a power plant project, the Aditya Birla Aluminum Plant in Tikri, Odisha, the Vedanta Aluminum construction in Jharsuguda, Odisha, Tata Chemical in Okha, Gujarat, and the GMR Infra Delhi Airport Fire Fighting Piping projects and many more. His broad experience and dedication significantly enhance PEPL’s service offerings.
